Respecting the regional manifestations for the possibility of contact and integration with the diversity languages and of present language in the life of children and adolescents in Brazil. The culture has a symbolic code, that it is presented with dynamics, involving all the manifestations that are in constant processes of introduction of new symbols and bringing up to date values in the intellectual process.
